Advocate Clerkship Program

The Advocate Clerkship is a criminal law practice externship available to exceptional law students who have completed at least one year of study. To apply, submit a resume with GPA and class rank to clerkship@tampaadvocate.com along with one writing sample. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis.

Student Requirements:

1. Minimum 3.0 GPA.
2. Must have completed R&W 1 and 2.
3. LexisAdvance or Westlaw access and training.
4. Must be applying for law school credit.
5. Moot court, trial team, or law review members preferred.
