WOW and OMG!!! The Best Attorney I have never met. Yes, you read that right! I never met Ms. Hines, we conversed over the phone a few times and I delivered some documents to her office, for her review. She took it from there, and all she does is WIN WIN WIN WIN WIN!!!!! SHE HAD MY CASE RESOLVED WITHIN 72 HOURS AND ONE DAY WAS A HOLIDAY. I've never seen anything like it. Her client had a THIRD time DUI, hit and RUN accident in St Pete, two injured victims with over 20K of ongoing injuries (not including property damage btw). After a year she somehow got the State to agree to PROBATION, WTF!!!! I was in Court when the judge said no way she would accept that after the victims testified how horrible it was. Then months later the judge said in open Court "I don't even know how you got me to agree to this" and gave the guy ONE year probation and $100/month restitution. I know the guy sold his car to hire her. This is not a joke. Look the case up Terrence Beale in Pinellas. I couldn't afford her at the time, but if I got in something that serious I would sell my kidneys to have her on my case.

To be honest I had unrealistic expectations going in. She gave me the dose of reality I didn't want but needed.
